Stainless steel instrument tubing
Instrument tubing
of Younglee is available in a wide range of corrosion-resistant stainless steels and nickel alloys covering outside diameters from OD 2 mm to 50 mm. All sizes of instrument tubing are supplied with smooth surfaces and Precise dimensional tolerances reducing the risk of leakages when connecting tubes with couplings.
Instrumentation tubing can be supplied in straight lengths of 6 meters or other lengths, and in coiled tubes.
Instrument tubing is characterized by high cleanliness, and instrumentation tubing with OD larger than 5 mm are delivered with caps on ends for transport protection against inside contamination.
- Delivery conditions:
Instrument tube /pipe with OD up to 38.1 mm (1.5 in.) are delivered in bright annealed .
Instrument pipe /tube with OD larger than 38.1 mm are delivered in the annealed and pickled condition or polished condition.
And of course instrument tubing can be supplied in annealed and pickled condition for all sizes upon customers request. - Sizes and tolerance of Instrument tubing / instrumentation tubing as below:
